Hello, and welcome to what is shaping up to be a very exciting year of Arena Fantasy Football. We're heading into our 3rd year of providing fantasy advice for our fans and we're looking forward to a great season. Last year your support put us close to 500,000 visits, and we suggest you come back even more often this year so you don't miss any information.
This year we've added a message board as your forum for fantasy questions and information. We suggest you use it often.
For those of you new to our site, here's a idea of what you can expect from our staff of expert writers:
Leading up to the start of the season, we use all our contacts and insider information to put together the most comprehensive Draft Guide you'll find anywhere. Pre-season player rankings, team previews, an expert mock draft, free agent movement and analysis, key players coming up from af2 - all intended to prepare you for your arena fantasy football draft.
Each Monday during the season, we give you a game-by-game recap of the key stats in our Fantasy Rewind. Plus, Simon McGrother gives you his Studs and Duds of the week, so you can easily tell who provided the eye-popping statistics and the dead-stop thuds of the week.
Every Tuesday, Paul Celmer, our own Philosopher of Arena Football, clues you in on the rising stars who could be available on your waiver wire. One thing we've learned is that a good draft will keep you competitive but key acquisitions are what win you a championship.
Each Wednesday, the AFO staff provides our weekly player rankings by position and our overall Top 50. These columns are highly researched by our own arena guru, Scott Lange, and provide unerring advice.
Each Thursday, we provide one of our most popular columns, the weekly Sit 'em and Start 'em. Simon is back again, turning his keen eye on the matchups and letting you know who should be in your lineup (and who you might want to bench).
Fridays bring the in-depth fantasy matchups for each game that week. Scott puts a lot of research goes into each prediction and you surely won't be disappointed by his information.
In between all that, we provide you with daily player updates and exclusive columns. The player updates are absolutely vital for anyone who is serious about winning their league (or at least not having a bunch of zeros in their lineups). Anyone who has played Arena Fantasy Football before knows that player information is hard to find, so let us do it for you. It's what we do best.
And what do we ask of you for all this work?
