The Stat Guy's Pickups for Week 6

WR Carl Bond - Columbus

Bond will be playing OS against the Dragons loose secondary and is coming off a 6 catch, 72 yard, 2 TD effort versus Arizona. Bond could be in for a very big week, especially since the other options in Columbus seem to have trouble getting open with regularity.

FB Chad Dukes - Philadelphia

With Wes Ours out with an injury, good ole Chad has been running the ball more in Philadelphia. 30+ yards and a TD marked the second good week for Dukes.

QB Sonnie Cumbie - Los Angeles

Last week, the Texas Tech rookie threw for 266 yards and 7 TDs, and while that was arguably against the worst defense in the AFL, it's still an impressive first-time outing. Playing in the Jungle this week could prove alot for Cumbie.

OS Jamin Elliot - Georgia

Okay, Chris Jackson may be back in a few weeks, but he may not be back that soon either. Hamstrings are tricky injuries. Meanwhile, Elliot is leaving flaming stripes on the turf as he runs past defenders. Watch the injury report on Jackson, but you could do much worse here as a few week plug-in.

WR Jerrian James - Orlando

James followed up his 11 tackle week (along with 6 for 78, 1 TD) with 5 catches for 46 yards and a pair of TDs (along with 2 tackles). Orlando's offense is starting to wake up.

WR Kevin McKenzie - Colorado

The ex-Crush start is beginning to take root in San Jose and stepped in at OS last week to the tune of 6 for 54 with a TD. May play OS again this week with Schexnayder nursing a knee. San Jose is notoriously a late-season bonanza and Kevin Mac is in line to benefit.
